Formerly a farm converted into an agriturismo, the estate is nestled in the southern part of Formentera island, amongst undulating vineyards.

Comprising of the main house, an assortment of typical farm outbuildings as well as a winery and pool, the design intention was to reimagine a connection between these separate entities. With this in mind, the design creates a series of linking outdoor rooms and meeting areas in which the family can host events, or simply have a meal together. These spaces embrace the buildings, a feeling heightened by the way in which the main spine of planting aims to draw these components inwards, towards the heart of the arrangement. Other areas aim to promote feelings of intimacy, with a densely planted olive orchards aiding privacy.

Further from the house extends a fruit orchard, an extensive kitchen garden and newly planted sections of vineyards.
